Before & After

Scott was not satisfied with the appearance of his teeth. He would someday like to close the spaces between his front teeth. His lower front teeth were reasonably straight.

A Bolton Analysis confirmed that the excess space around the upper front teeth was due to either inadequate width of the upper anteriors or excessive width of the lower anteriors. Braces would not be an option with this case. The best solution would be to proportionally add to the widths of the upper front teeth.

After

Scott first whitened all teeth with a take-home bleaching system. Once Dr. Scott worked out the shade specifics, a master ceramist fabricate six esthetically proportioned porcelain veneers which were bonded in place. The indirect porcelain veneers beautifully closed the excess space around the upper anterior teeth. He is very happy with his new smile.
