Bill was about to lose a front tooth and needed a replacement. An implant wouldn’t work due to the bone loss expected with the failing tooth. Dr. Scott recommended an immediate removeable replacement, to maintain the adjacent tissue contours, so the final fixed tooth replacement would appear natural.

Bill whitened all of his teeth with a take-home bleaching system while the surgical site healed. Bill was very happy with his new bright smile. And even though Bill has a broad smile, his upper lip doesn’t raise high enough to show the natural tissue contours around his tooth replacement (but the intra-oral photos show it’s there for patients who do display some tissue!).
